Job summary

Cavotec is seeking a Controls Team Leader to guide a small team of controls engineers, delivering day-to-day work and shaping long-term architecture for the MoorMaster system. You will bridge technical execution and system thinking, coordinating with project engineers, product managers, and Cavotec's global engineering network to ensure deliveries are robust and production-ready.

Qualifications

• Solid experience leading controls or electrical engineering teams in complex machinery or maritime settings.
• Strong grounding in electrical design including IO, switchgear and panels.
• Hands-on experience with PLC and SCADA systems in industrial environments.
• Familiarity with IP, Modbus and CAN networking architectures.
• Proven experience mentoring a technical engineering team.
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in ports, maritime hydraulics or product lifecycle is advantageous.
