Qualifications

• Strong business management or operational leadership experience.
• Experience in contract management, commercial oversight, or capital planning (advantageous).
• Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to influence across teams.
• Experience in health, public sector, or similarly complex service environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management across HSS, ensuring agreements are well-structured, monitored, and deliver value.
• Oversee CAPEX processes, including planning, prioritisation, governance, and reporting.
• Provide high-quality business and operational advice to clinical and service leaders.
• Strengthen business systems, processes, and reporting to support operational excellence.
• Drive performance insights and support investment planning and service development.
• Oversee key operational portfolios including procurement interfaces.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships across HSS and act as a central connector between clinical, operational, finance, and planning teams.
• Champion continuous improvement and support the development of efficient, sustainable service models.
