Health NZ | Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Supplier Performance Manager to lead contract management across a major spend portfolio. You will ensure suppliers deliver value, quality and outcomes, while partnering with Category Managers to shape Joint Business Plans and monitor performance.

You will translate data into actionable insights, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen supplier relationships to support a fairer, smarter health system across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial roles, with a focus on contract and supplier performance.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in large, complex organisations – health or public sector experience is a plus.
