Job summary

Franklin Smith Group in West Auckland is seeking an experienced Contract Site Supervisor to own the internal finishes package on a commercial build.

You’ll manage ceiling, GIB, insulation and painting trades (about 26 on site) on a fast-paced project, requiring organisation, proactivity and a sharp eye for quality.

The role offers a 4-month contract with immediate start and pay for every hour worked, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial interiors on fast-paced projects.
• Strong knowledge of GIB, ceilings, insulation and painting.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Keep internal trades moving and deliver high-quality finishes.
• Manage around 26 internal trades on site.
• Coordinate ceiling, GIB, insulation and painting packages.
• Keep the programme on track and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
• Check quality, finishes and defects and collaborate with the wider site team.
