Job summary

TSB is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a short-term contract to lead brand and communications work across Auckland and New Plymouth. You will coordinate marketing requirements for property projects, represent Brand and Marketing in cross-functional teams, and push multiple card-related and customer activation projects forward with accuracy and brand integrity.

• Solid experience as Marketing Manager or senior marketing delivery role.
• Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with customer-facing materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to quickly understand complex briefs and act.
• Confidently represent brand and customer needs in cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing stakeholders, agencies, feedback and approvals.
• Calm, proactive approach and ability to hit the ground running.
• Banking or financial services experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing and brand requirements for property projects.

• Support card-related projects, including customer communications.
• Write, review and coordinate clear customer communications across channels.
• Manage updates to marketing materials and customer collateral.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to keep projects moving.
• Manage timelines, feedback, approvals and delivery across workstreams.
• Ensure activity is accurate, customer-focused and on brand; pull regular campaign reports.
