Job summary

Fonterra is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Master Data Management for Analytics (MDMfA) programme on a contract basis through to July 2027. You will work with stakeholders and data teams to shape MDM use cases, improve data quality, and enable enterprise analytics across the organisation.

You’ll facilitate workshops, elicit and document requirements, map processes, and ensure solutions align with the MDM strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven BA experience across complex programmes or projects.
• Experience supporting MDM for Analytics (MDMfA) or enterprise data initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience with master data quality, matching, deduplication, and survivorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and elicit business requirements.
• Map business processes and define business rules.
• Support testing activities and ensure alignment with MDM strategy.
• Collaborate with business, data, architecture, and delivery teams.
• Translate requirements into scalable data solutions for analytics.
