Job summary

Smooth-Air, Christchurch-based, seeks Marketing Co-Ordinator to own content creation, case studies and events across our brands.

You will develop stories from products and projects, turning them into engaging campaigns, support websites, emails, brochures, and promotions. Occasional travel and collaboration with teams nationwide.

Ideal for an organized, proactive storyteller with strong writing and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing coordinator, events, content or similar role.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital channels.
• Ability to transform technical information into engaging content.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating events, suppliers and logistics.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Available for occasional travel and some events outside hours.
• Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing, HVAC or building products advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media content for trade and consumer audiences.
• Capture and edit photography and short-form video content.
• Develop customer and project case studies from concept to publication.
• Translate technical information into audience-friendly content.
• Support website updates, email marketing, brochures, signage and promotional materials.
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, home shows, roadshows, customer events and training sessions.
• Manage exhibitor portals, registrations, suppliers, freight, collateral and event logistics.
• Coordinate event timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Attend selected events and assist with event setup and pack-down.
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches and customer communications.
• Work closely with product managers, sales teams, technical specialists and external suppliers.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project plans and approvals.
• Assist with campaign tracking, reporting and post-event analysis.
