Job summary

NZ Thoroughbred Racing Inc in Cambridge, North Island, is seeking a talented Content Creator to bring the stories of NZ racing to life across video, graphics and digital content.

You\'ll handle filming, editing, graphic design and social campaigns, collaborating with a creative team in a flexible hybrid setup. The role suits someone with a passion for sport, storytelling and delivering engaging content for our audiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in content creation, videography, video editing, graphic design or a similar creative role.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.
• A strong eye for design and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organized, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
• Experience operating professional camera equipment is desirable but not essential.
• An interest in sport, entertainment or racing would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit engaging video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Create social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other channels.
• Design graphics for social media, marketing campaigns and promotional content.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, interviews and raceday coverage.
• Contribute creative ideas and support content planning and campaign execution.
• Ensure all content aligns with the LOVERACING.NZ brand and storytelling style.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
• Travel to racedays and events as required.
