Job summary

Qube Logistics in Mount Maunganui is looking for a confident Hoist Driver to safely move empty shipping containers and support busy yard operations, operating 50T container hoists and coordinating with truck teams.

The role offers day and night shifts on a rotating roster, with pre-employment checks, drug test, and a commitment to health and safety as you help keep NZ logistics moving. Full NZ work eligibility and a valid NZ Class 1 licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Full NZ Class 1 licence (essential).
• Experience operating heavy vehicles or machinery (essential).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to work across other sites when required.
• RT communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operating single and double stacker container hoists (up to 50T).
• Moving containers around the yard.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Communicating clearly via RT.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures.
