Job summary

Information Leadership is seeking a Consulting Performance Manager in Christchurch to optimise our consulting practice. The role sits at the intersection of consulting, sales and operations, providing visibility and commercial insight to align customer demand with consultant capacity.

You will forecast demand, optimise resource allocation, and support decisions that improve utilisation, delivery performance and business outcomes as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting operations, workforce planning, or similar roles.
• Strong commercial awareness and business performance interest.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident with forecasting, utilisation, reporting and operational information.
• Proactive, practical and solutions-driven.
• Excellent facilitator and problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Managing consulting capacity, utilisation and forward work planning.
• Working with Sales & Engagement and Consulting Leads to align future demand with available capability.
• Identifying resource constraints, delivery risks and opportunities to improve consulting performance.
• Providing leaders with the reporting and insights needed to make effective planning and investment decisions.
• Improving reporting, operational processes and ways of working that strengthen consulting performance.
• Contributing to business improvement initiatives that support the growth and maturity of the consulting team.
