Job summary
Orion Group in Christchurch, New Zealand, is seeking a Connections Project Coordinator to keep a growing portfolio of customer connection projects organised and moving. You will support day-to-day project coordination, reporting, financial administration, documentation and process improvement across Connections, Portfolio, Delivery and Finance teams.
You’ll be proactive, organised and enjoy working across teams, building relationships and improving systems.
Qualifications
- Experience coordinating or delivering projects.
- Strong reporting skills and comfort with data.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Keep projects organised, information current and actions moving.
- Coordinate inputs from across Connections, Portfolio, Delivery and Finance.
- Help develop reporting, dashboards and performance information.
- Keep invoicing, purchase orders, time recording and project costs up to date.
- Ensure project records and documentation are accurate and easy to find.
- Spot gaps, untangle information and bring structure where needed.
- Look for smarter ways to improve systems, processes and workflows.
