ZURU's Confectionery team offers an internship to gain hands-on experience in developing innovative confectionery products with global reach. You’ll explore candy trends, gain consumer insights, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial, Design and Marketing to bring gummy and novelty ideas to life.

The internship covers launch coordination, regulatory milestones, and process improvements, with opportunities to learn from business leaders and participate in team events.

Responsibilities

• Confectionery competitive landscape & category deep dive across markets.
• Support launch execution and operations for new products across markets.
• Coordinate launch timelines and regulatory milestones; manage distributor communications.
• Maintain master spec sheets and drive documentation improvements.
