Job summary

ZURU’s Confectionery team in Auckland is offering a summer internship to gain hands-on experience in developing confectionery products with global reach. You’ll identify trends, uncover consumer insights, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Regulatory, Commercial, Design and Marketing teams to bring gummy and novelty candy ideas to life.

You’ll support launch execution, track regulatory milestones, manage distributor communications, and help streamline processes from concept to market.

Qualifications

• No specific grades required; open to diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organisational and collaborative skills.
• Interest in confectionery product development and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Assist in confectionery landscape analysis across markets.
• Support launch execution and regulatory milestones for new products.
• Coordinate communications with distributors and manage sample shipments.
• Maintain master spec sheets and improve launch processes.
