ZURU’s AI Integration team is offering an internship to accelerate AI adoption across Marketing and Brand Engagement, and beyond. You will embed within business teams to identify opportunities, deliver upskilling workshops, and implement quick-win AI solutions to boost productivity and unlock innovative approaches.

You’ll start with a two-day induction, learn from senior leaders, and participate in content creation and social events.

ZURU’s AI Integration team

As part of the AI Integration team, you will play a vital role in accelerating ZURU's AI adoption by embedding directly within various business teams. Starting with Marketing and Brand Engagement teams and expanding to cross-functional areas, you will help identify AI opportunities, deliver upskilling workshops, and implement quick-win solutions. Your work will directly contribute to building an AI-fluent culture across ZURU, helping teams boost productivity and unlock innovative approaches to everyday challenges. This position is critical to scaling our AI integration framework and ensuring teams embrace AI tools as part of their daily workflows.

You will also:

- Be set up to win with a two-day induction to get you up to speed on everything ZURU

- Learn how our people continue to shift the needle through regular learning sessions with key business leaders

- Experience ZURU’s playful side by dabbling in content creation (#dayinthelife) and attending social events

- And so much more!

Our summer internship programme will run from mid November 2026 - mid February 2027.
