Job summary

Allied Concrete, part of the H.W. Richardson Group, is seeking a Concrete Cadet to learn on the job and build a future in the concrete industry. We provide hands-on training, support to obtain licences and certificates (BCITO Certificate in Concrete Production L4), and a path for career growth.

You'll work outdoors as part of a safety-focused team, gaining exposure to batching, dispatching, and equipment operation while developing essential skills for progression within the company.

Responsibilities

• Batching and dispatching materials.
• Forward order taking and yard housekeeping.
