Job summary

Allied Concrete in Queenstown is seeking a Concrete Dispatcher to join our team. You will work closely with the Plant Manager to ensure the quality and timely production of ReadyMix Concrete.

The role requires previous dispatch experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise under pressure. You will communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, while maintaining a strong safety focus in a dynamic environment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Concrete Dispatcher to join our team in Queenstown.

In this role, you will work closely with the Plant Manager.

You will be responsible for the quality and timely production of ReadyMix Concrete with duties including taking and tracking orders, scheduling deliveries, supporting accurately batching quality concrete, managing raw materials, environmental compliance and quality control matters and procedures.

Previous dispatch experience is required.

To be considered for this role you will be someone who has:

• the ability to prioritise, remain calm and make decisions under pressure
• intermediate computer skills, with experience in basic computer software packages
