Job summary

Team Global Express is looking for a data-savvy professional to design and manage Power BI dashboards for compliance and risk reporting in a fast-moving logistics environment.

You will analyse complex datasets to uncover trends and transform data into actionable insights for stakeholders, supporting continuous improvement across safety and compliance functions. Onsite-first with flexible options as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful insights.
• Strong reporting and storytelling with data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating data into actionable business decisions.

Responsibilities

About the role - Mō te tūŃwana

Working closely with compliance, H’S and operational leaders, you’ll identify trends, uncover risks and deliver reporting that supports better decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards for compliance, risk and H’S reporting
• Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps and emerging risks
• Developing and interpreting lead and lag indicators
• Conducting root cause analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of controls and treatments
• Translating complex data into clear, compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across compliance and safety
