Job summary

Team Global Express Pty is seeking a Compliance Systems Analyst to transform compliance, safety and operational data into insights that drive better decisions and reduce risk. You’ll partner with compliance, H&S and operations leaders to identify trends and deliver reporting that supports effective action.

We're looking for a Compliance Systems Analyst to transform compliance, safety and operational data into meaningful insights that improve performance and reduce risk.

About the role - Mō te tūranga Working closely with compliance, H&S and operational leaders, you'll identify trends, uncover risks and deliver reporting that supports better decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards for compliance, risk and H&S reporting
• Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps and emerging risks
• Developing and interpreting lead and lag indicators
• Conducting root cause analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of controls and treatments
