Job summary

Access Community Health – North Shore is seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join a dedicated 24/7 team. You will support a client with complex spinal care needs in Warkworth, with varied shifts and sleepovers.

You will deliver personal care, mobility assistance, and independent living support, following care plans and participating in training to develop specialist skills. A clear career pathway is available.

Access Community Health is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join a dedicated 24/7 team supporting a client with complex spinal care needs in Warkworth.

Multiple morning, afternoon, evening and sleepover shifts are available across weekdays and weekends. Shift lengths vary from 2 to 10 hours, with sleepovers from 11.00pm-7.00am.

This is an opportunity to make a real difference in someone's daily life while developing specialist skills in complex care. Experience in spinal or complex care is preferred, however comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidates.

As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to help our client live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own home.

Some clients need to require Support Workers who hold a Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification to ensure safe and appropriate care.
