Job summary

Access Community Health is seeking kaiāwhina (support workers) in Nelson to provide in-home care that enhances clients’ independence and quality of life. You’ll help with daily living activities, respect cultural values, and learn through structured training.

• Support tāngata with personal care and daily living activities in their homes.
• Provide safe, respectful, person-centred support.
• Respect culture, routines and boundaries of each client.
• Document and communicate changes to care teams as needed.
