Job summary

Medcall Health Personnel in Rotorua is seeking a compassionate support worker to assist clients with challenging behaviours. You will work with a care team, providing patient and thoughtful support during early mornings and weekends.

Applicants must have NZQA Health & Wellbeing Level 2 or equivalent, and the right to work in NZ, with prior caregiver experience. Great hourly rates, access to training resources, annual/ sick leave, and Kiwisaver contributions are offered as part of a supportive

Qualifications

• Well-spoken, positive and empathetic communicator.
• Availability for outside school hours – early mornings and weekends.
• Legal right to work in NZ.
• Previous experience as a caregiver/support worker with similar clients.

• Collaborate within a care team to deliver personalised care.
