Total Care Health, the specialist nursing division of Access CommunityHealth, seeks an experienced Community Wound Care Nurse to support clients in North Shore. You will visit clients in their homes, assess wounds, and implement personalized care plans while collaborating with a broader health network.

You will be part of a diverse nursing team with flexible hours to suit you, whether part-time or full-time, fixed-term or permanent.

Qualifications

• Registered or enrolled nurse with a current practicing certificate.
• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Strong team player with professional relationships within the community.
• Plan and organise caseloads, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• A current full driver's license is essential.
• Digital confidence with using apps and computers.

Responsabilités

• The ability to plan and organise caseloads effectively, toestablishpriorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, client focused environment. Ability to self-manage and handle a busy workload.
• A current full driver's license is essential.
