Job summary

Spectrum Care in South Auckland is seeking a Community Support Worker for the Choices in Community Living team. This role is part-time, offering 10 hours per week, with an hourly rate between $23.97 and $29.68.

You will help adults with disabilities live independently at home and in the community, building routines, supporting daily activities, and connecting people to hobbies and opportunities. A NZ driver's license and English skills are essential, plus induction and ongoing training.

Qualifications

  • Full NZ driver's licence or working toward one.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Ability to pass a NZ police check.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, email, internet).
  • Willingness to gain a Level 3 qualification in Community Support Work.
  • 2 week paid induction to prepare you for the role.
