Job summary

North Harbour Hockey Association seeks an energetic Participation and Programmes Manager to lead planning, promotion and delivery of participation programmes across the North Harbour region. The role focuses on junior and Masters participation, school partnerships and community engagement.

You will champion participation, develop accessible pathways, and deliver high-quality experiences that foster lifelong involvement in hockey within a fast-paced, community-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, promote and deliver high-quality participation programmes across the North Harbour region.
• Coordinate hockey programmes and grow school and community relationships.
• Ensure programmes are safe, inclusive and well organised including school and holiday programmes.
• Deliver on strategies to promote engagement and monitor outcomes to improve participant experiences.
• Develop pathways for players of all ages and abilities, focusing on juniors and Masters.
