North Island - Bay Of Plenty Tauranga is seeking Community Facilitators based in Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. You will provide ongoing support, coaching and assistance to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, helping them make informed daily choices.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week and requires working closely with a leader to empower individuals, build trust and tailor support to meet unique goals.

Qualifications

• 3-year relevant experience, or an NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Support Work (or similar)
• A valid international or NZ Driver's Licence (Restricted or Full)
• Multi-tasking and flexibility of working hours
• Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
