Job summary

lululemon in Auckland is seeking a Community Specialist to bring the brand to life on the floor and in the local fitness community. You’ll deliver world-class guest experiences, share product education, and help run the store’s community strategy.

You will build relationships with ambassadors, studios, and partners, host events, seed products, and ensure authentic connections that grow guest engagement and brand presence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Actively immersed in the local fitness and wellness community.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests' time.
• Assess guests' needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Review community relevant data and share insights with store leadership.
