SkyCity Hamilton is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef for EATBurger to join our vibrant culinary team. You will assist with preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes while delivering excellent service.

Be part of a supportive kitchen environment, uphold strict food safety standards, manage stock rotation, and collaborate to meet daily targets and guest expectations. This role offers growth in a dynamic hospitality venue in the Waikato region.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen and commitment to food safety.

• Studying towards or holding a relevant culinary qualification.

We're on the lookoutfor a talented Commis Chef with an appetite for delivering high quality food and exceptional service. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the team with preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes that 'wow' our customers, as well as various other kitchen duties as directed by the senior Chef on shift.

You will also;

• Be a strong advocate for food safety and hygiene
• Ensure stock is controlled and rotated as required
