Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances Ltd is seeking a Commercial Solar Business Development Manager in New Zealand. You will own a national commercial territory, develop new accounts, grow share of wallet, and drive profitable growth across the solar portfolio including panels, inverters, storage, and EV chargers.

You will leverage market insight, relationships, and sales data to identify opportunities, manage pricing and guide end-to-end customer engagement—from forecasting and ordering to pre-sales

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales and new business development in New Zealand.
• Proven track record of winning new business and growing market share.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate customer needs into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a national commercial solar business development strategy.
• Identify opportunities, build strategies to engage prospects and convert them to customers.
• Manage pricing, forecast demand and drive revenue and profitability.
• Develop new accounts and grow share of wallet with existing customers.
• Support sales through multiple channels and collaborate with Home Solutions teams.
