Job summary

You will lead a team of analysts, provide insights, and collaborate with operational leaders to optimise network capacity and costs, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes in commercial leadership.
• Strong financial modelling and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, pricing reviews or complex negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement in a network/operations context.

• Lead a team of Commercial Insights Analysts to provide insights and reporting.
• Partner with operational leaders to optimise network performance, capacity and cost outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance contractor sustainability and performance.
• Develop commercially sustainable solutions with data-driven analyses.
