You will work within the Tiriti framework, advance open access, support Indigenous and equity initiatives, and collaborate across campuses to enhance knowledge access for students and communities.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate MLIS/MIS degree or equivalent
• 7–8 years of professional library experience
• Knowledge of collections work, scholarly publishing and academic library trends
• Experience supporting Indigenous, equity or inclusion initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead the Te Mātāpuna Collections team and contribute to the 5-year plan
• Advance open access and responsible AI use in collections
• Collaborate with AUT and align with Tiriti framework
• Foster a learning culture and drive strategic improvements across libraries
