Job summary

CNC Profile Cutting Services – Hastings, North Island, is seeking a CNC Programmer / Data Entry person to join our busy team. This full-time, office-based role runs Monday through Friday with hours negotiable for the right candidate.

You will prepare customer jobs, process orders, nest parts, and liaise with customers. Full training will be provided and prior experience in steel profiling is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with data entry and admin tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with numbers and measurements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately.
• Nest parts to optimise material usage.
• Check dimensions, quantities, material grades and job specifications.
• Prepare paperwork and liaise with customers to clarify requirements.
• Assist with quoting and job costing when required.
• Maintain accurate records and filing; general admin and data entry.
