Job summary

Jetts New Zealand’s Remuera club is seeking a proactive Club Manager. You will lead club operations, drive member satisfaction, and grow membership while upholding a welcoming, energetic culture. The role is permanent, part-time (31 hours) with a focus on service, sales, and team leadership.

You’ll manage daily tasks, collaborate with local partners, and provide excellent service in a fitness-focused environment. An on-site role with competitive earnings and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• First Aid certificate covering CPR and defib (NZQA 6401/6402) or willingness to obtain.
• NZ citizen, resident, or open work visa for 12+ months.
• Self-motivated with excellent customer service and sales focus.
• Enjoy working with people and maintaining a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional member experience and build relationships with members and local businesses.
• Deliver the agreed number of new memberships and member growth; report to Regional Manager.
• Maintain a positive club culture; engage in events and promotions.
• Perform in-club operations to keep areas clean, equipment maintained, and repairs scheduled.
