Jetts New Zealand is seeking a Club Manager in Birkenhead to lead a busy, member-centric club on a permanent 31-hour week. You will drive member experiences, secure new memberships and foster a welcoming, high-energy culture while coordinating in-club operations and events.

Key requirements include NZ citizenship/residency or open work visa for 12+ months, and a First Aid certificate with CPR/defib. The role offers guaranteed hours, a Jetts membership, and development opportunities.

Qualificações

• NZ citizen, resident, or open work visa for 12+ months.
• First Aid certificate CPR/defib required or willing to obtain.
• Self-motivated with excellent customer service and sales focus.
• Love working with people and have a positive can-do attitude.
• Willing to work 31 hours per week Mon–Sat with Fridays and Sundays off.

Responsabilidades

• Driving an exceptional member experience and building key stakeholder relationships with members and local businesses.
• Delivering the agreed number of new membership sales and member growth on a regular basis.
• Maintaining a positive club culture with the members by engaging in key events and promotions.
• Performing regular in-club operations tasks to ensure all areas are clean and hygienic, equipment and club repairs are updated and scheduled regularly.
