Job summary

Heritage Lifecare's Highfield Lifecare in Timaru is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead our care teams and uphold the highest standards of resident wellbeing.

You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, build relationships with key stakeholders, and support a welcoming, diverse team in a 44-bed aged care setting. Permanent full-time - 40 hours per week, attractive salary, relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NZ practising certificate.

You will provide effective leadership, deliver high-quality care, and be great at building relationships with all key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care, promoting their well-being, and ensuring our residents have a better every day.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse with a current NZ practising certificate, ideally with experience in aged care.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building successful relationships.
• Experience implementing best practice and knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes.
• A genuine passion for caring for others and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
