Arthrex NZ is seeking aClinical support specialist to back the Sports Medicine sales team, delivering hands-on clinical support in theatre and contributing to outstanding patient care. You will support surgical cases, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and help manage inventory and operational activities.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role emphasizes collaboration, product knowledge, and training delivery across the NZ market.

Qualificações

• Formal experience or qualification within healthcare or a related industry.
• Clinical experience and an understanding of medical device products, technical terminology, and patient care environments would be highly desirable.
• Demonstrates a collaborative mindset with a focus on building long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with surgeons, nursing staff, and colleagues.
• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build rapport, navigate different personalities, and adapt to dynamic clinical environments.
• Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to support Arthrex’s continued growth across New Zealand by partnering closely with our Sports Medicine sales team and providing exceptional clinical support to customers.

You'll play a key role in supporting surgical cases, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the ongoing success of the business.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will provide clinical case coverage, coordinate inventory and stock management, and support key operational activities, enabling the sales team to focus on business growth and the adoption of Arthrex’s innovative products and procedures.
