About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Infant, Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (ICAMHS), Te Whare OTe Rito, in Tairāwhiti.This community-based role provides specialist psychological assessment, diagnosis and treatment for tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau experiencing moderate to severe mental health and behavioural challenges.

You will work across a broad range of presentations including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, eating disorders, substance abuse and complex mental health.

Te Whare OTe Rito is part of the infant, Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (ICAMHS) within the Te Ara Maioha (Mental Health & Addictions) Group. The service is dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of children, young people and their whānau across the Tairāwhiti region.
