Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin, FL. This full-time position requires a Florida pharmacist license and offers diverse clinical responsibilities in a patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities include preventing and resolving drug-related problems, ensuring patient safety, and improving satisfaction while helping manage costs. Bachelor’s degree required; PharmD preferred; PGY1 residency preferred.

Clinical Pharmacist Position Details

• Facility: Mease Dunedin Hospital
• Location: Dunedin, FL
• Status: Full time, exempt
• Shift: Variable / 8-12hr shifts
• Weekend Work: Every other
• On Call: No

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities

• The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications And Licensure

• Required : Pharmacist - State of FL
• Preferred : Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency
