Job summary

Arthrex NZ seeks a Clinical Sales Support Specialist for the Capital Technologies portfolio. You will provide hands-on clinical and technical support, lead imaging trials, and manage key accounts across the North Island, driving growth and successful technology adoption.

Based in NZ with collaboration across Sales, Marketing and Product Management, you’ll support surgeons and healthcare teams and contribute to ongoing professional development in imaging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years' clinical experience with imaging technologies; orthopaedic/surgical products.
• Experience in medical device environment in Clinical Support / Product Specialist / Sales.
• Proven ability to educate and mentor healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver Arthrex’s NZ commercial strategy at territory and regional levels.
• Provide expert clinical, technical and account management support to customers.
• Lead imaging trials and product implementations in hospital environments.
• Develop in-depth expertise across Arthrex Imaging, Integration and Power Tool portfolios.
• Deliver product education and training to surgeons, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service in NZ.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Operations.
• Contribute to launches and adoption of new technologies via trials and lead generation.
• Utilize sales tools to identify opportunities and drive performance.
