Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Lakes is seeking a Clinical Equipment Coordinator for a permanent part-time role at Rotorua Hospital, 16 hours per week, ideally Tue and Wed.

The role involves coordinating equipment inflow and outflow, ensuring devices are well maintained, and delivering the right equipment to wards in a timely manner. Full training will be provided to support you in this vital team.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily co-ordination and oversight of equipment entering and leaving the pool.
• Ensuring clinical equipment is well functioning and maintained to a high standard.
• Ensuring ward staff have the right equipment, in the right place, at the right time.
• Assist in the education of ward staff about the correct use and maintenance of equipment.
• Full training will be provided.
