Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to support residents and lead a high-performing clinical team. You will drive improvement, provide clinical education, and oversee care delivery and documentation to meet new standards.

The role emphasizes empathy, leadership, and strong ANACC knowledge within a supportive aged care environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in clinical care within aged care.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills, with attention to compliance.
• Knowledge of ANACC and industry standards is desirable.

You will:

• Driving a continuous improvement culture
• Acting as a clinical resource for staff, offering clinical education
• Focusing on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes
• Care planning in line with new standards
• Taking pride in your clinical documentation management skills

You’ll be someone who is empathetic and who’s previously worked in an aged care home. You’ll also have:

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC
