We have a fabulous opportunity for a full-time Clinic Manager + Treatment Advisor to lead our Clinic in Dunedin.

The role is a dual role and will involve:

Clinic Manager:

Leading a high-performance clinic team and driving clinic performance. Managing all areas of clinic operations including reception, stock levels, team rosters, customer accounts/ memberships, and providing an exceptional customer journey from start to finish.

Treatment Advisor:

Being responsible for generating new memberships in clinic and creating opportunities for recruiting and retaining customers through events, referrals, local business collaborations, networking and leveraging our branding and marketing.

Experience

• Essential: Experience managing a team and/or managing a clinic

• Desirable: A background in skin and beauty would be an advantage, however the ability to look after our customers and lead the team is most important!
