Job summary

Qube Holdings Limited in Tauranga is hiring for a dual Client Services admin role to support day-to-day operations by managing information and documentation. No industry experience is required if you are highly organised and detail-oriented.

The full-time position runs 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am–5pm with Saturday mornings as required. You will be the main contact for clients, ensuring accurate information and consistent service while building relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage allocated client accounts and deliver information in agreed formats and timeframes.
• Produce daily client reports and investigate anomalies affecting KPIs and stock turnaround.
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication by phone and email.
• Coordinate depot activity to support smooth container flow and keep clients updated.
