Join a professional services firm that’s become the trusted name for New Zealanders navigating their wills, trusts and estate planning. About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and client-focused Administrator to join an established and close team, supporting the Client Manager with the administration and coordination of services across Wills, Estates, and Trusts.
You’ll be the friendly face and steady hand behind the scenes, helping clients feel looked after, keeping documentation and details on track, and making sure everything runs smoothly so the Client Manager can focus on giving clients the best possible outcomes. It’s a role where your attention to detail and genuine care for people really make a difference.
You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team where everyone pitches in and supports each other. Working alongside the Client Manager, and reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll have plenty of room to ask questions, learn as you go, and grow your career at your own pace.
About You
You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in a job well done. You’re naturally organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a few things at once. A background in legal or financial services would be a bonus, but it’s not essential; what matters most is your willingness to learn and your can-do attitude.
You communicate professionally, with client service and delivery always at the forefront, whether you’re speaking with a client or a colleague, and you’re not afraid to ask questions. This is a role for someone who wants to build something long-term.
This role is a great opportunity to step into a nationally recognised organisation and find stability and longevity.
