Millennium Services Group in Timaru is seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join our team. This part-time role offers weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday 1900-2100) and an hourly rate of NZD 24.25.

You will carry out general cleaning duties, operate floor care equipment, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Applicants must have NZ working rights and prior cleaning experience.

Formación

• Previous cleaning experience (commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded).
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A reliable, punctual and positive work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Experience using floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers or sweepers is an advantage.
• Availability to work night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
• Clean amenities, including toilets and washrooms.
• Collect and dispose of rubbish.
• Spot clean furniture and high-touch surfaces.
• Clean internal and external glass as required.
• Dust and wipe down hard surfaces.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
