Job summary

Millennium Services Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to join our Auckland team. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with weekend and weekday shifts, and competitive hourly rates.

You’ll help create clean, welcoming spaces for clients while following safety standards and working as part of a supportive team. This position requires valid work rights in New Zealand, a good eye for detail, and a commitment to reliability and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience in a commercial setting is preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork and reliability in a busy environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Understand Work Health and Safety standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Spot cleaning of furnishings and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Toilet cleaning and rubbish collection.
• Clean glass surfaces inside and outside; dust all hard surfaces.

The Role:

Millennium have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and reliable cleaners to become part of our team at Auckland!

This role is ideal for individuals who love working in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail, and enjoy creating clean and welcoming spaces for our clients and customers.

We have multiple Full time and Part time positions available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays.

We offer competitive hourly rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
• Spot cleaning of furnishings
• Sweeping and mopping
• Toilet cleaning.
• Rubbish collection
• Cleaning of glass, both internal and external
• Dusting of all hard surfaces

About You:

• Demonstrated cleaning experience, in a commercial environment would be an advantage.
• Proven experience of working in a team successfully.
• The ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Can demonstrate strong reliability and punctuality while at work.
• Good understanding of Work Health and Safety standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays when required.
• Experience with floor care equipment such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is a plus.
• You must have valid work rights in New Zealand.
