Job summary

Rob Law Max Recruitment is seeking experienced Class 5 Truck Drivers for civil driving roles across Christchurch. Responsibilities include carting aggregate and chip seal to civil sites, operating trucks and on-ground support as required. Night shift roles are also available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 full driver licence required.
• Road Ranger or automatic transmission experience preferred.
• Experience carting aggregate and chip seal to civil sites.

• Ability to operate equipment like excavators, loaders and rollers.

Responsibilities

• Transport machinery and materials across Christchurch civil sites.
• Cart and deliver aggregate and chip seal to various sites.
• Operate ground support tasks as needed on site.

Rob Law Max Recruitment – Christchurch, South Island

We are looking for experienced Class 5 Truck Driversfor Civil Driving roles across Christchurch.

Transporting machinery, general carting of aggregate and chip seal from earthworks and roading sites to quarries across Christchurch. This work will be day shifts, Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday. We also have 5 night shift roles available.

Truck and trailer or articulated experience is essential.

Civil Driver Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Class 5 Full Driver Licence
• Road Ranger or automatic experience
• Carting aggregate and chip seal to various civil sites
• Experience driving truck and trailer units
• Tip, spread and jack-knife experience preferred
• Ability to operate various equipment, including excavators, loaders and rollers
• Self-loading experience preferred
• Willingness to get out and help on the ground when required
