Job summary

T&G Global in Mt Wellington, Auckland is seeking a Class 5 Driver to join the team on a permanent, rostered basis with predominantly night shifts. The role covers linehaul, metro and local runs, delivering fresh produce with a focus on reliable service.

Key duties include operating trucks, loading/unloading cargo and providing excellent customer service. Proof of eligibility to work in New Zealand is required.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Class 5 Driver to join T&G in Mt Wellington, Auckland.

This is a permanent position that will work on a rostered basis, which will be predominantly night shift. The role includes linehaul, metro and local runs.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Vehicle operation
• Loading and unloading fresh produce
• Customer service

About you

We want to talk with Class 5 Drivers who pride themselves on safe and reliable driving with a customer service focus:

• Class 5 driver licence & experience
• Reliable and punctual, able to work on a rostered basis
• Experience using forklifts to load and unload trucks
• 'F' endorsement and OSH certified would be an advantage
• A strong focus on Health & Safety including road safety
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow process
• Positive attitude and strong customer service focus
