Job summary

AWF Group is seeking a reliable Class 4 Driver for a fixed-term role in New Plymouth, NZ. The position involves operating a Class 4 side loader, completing deliveries and collections, and maintaining vehicle safety checks.

You will follow safety policies and interact with clients in a professional manner. Working Monday to Friday with regular hours, the role offers a competitive hourly rate and weekly pay with KiwiSaver and leave entitlements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current New Zealand Class 4 Driver Licence.
• Experience driving side loader or similar heavy vehicles (preferred).
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily workloads.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Class 4 side loader truck safely and efficiently.
• Completing scheduled collection and delivery runs.
• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance requirements.
• Following all health and safety policies and road transport regulations.
• Providing professional customer service when interacting with clients and site personnel.
