Job summary

Trade Assist is seeking a reliable Class 2 Driver to join our Cromwell team. You will perform local deliveries and collections, load/unload goods, and operate Hiab equipment where required.

We offer Monday-to-Friday work with potential for a permanent position. Applicants must hold a current Class 2 NZ Driver Licence and be ready to work in Cromwell, NZ, with a strong safety focus and good customer service.

• Previous commercial driving experience.
• Hiab experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle.
• Complete local deliveries and collections.
• Load and unload goods.
• Operate Hiab equipment where required.
• Ensure loads are secured and transported safely.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Follow Health & Safety and road transport requirements.
• General driving and delivery duties as required.

• Able to work independently

• Comfortable completing basic vehicle checks and paperwork
