Job summary

Fliway Group Napier is seeking a Class 2 Driver to join our team today. You will deliver and pick up customer products safely and accurately, maintaining quality and security within a designated area.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, roughly 6:00am to 2:30pm, with 40 hours per week in Napier. The job involves loading freight, processing deliveries, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to safety and paperwork requirements.

Qualifications

• Hold a clean HT licence, minimum Class 2.
• DG cert/endorsement is a preferred requirement.
• You must be eligible to work in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Operating the vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Loading freight, driving, processing freight deliveries, paperwork and customer service.
• Assisting in unloading linehaul trucks daily.

About the role:

Driver – Class 2, is responsible for delivering and picking up customer’s product in a safe way and ensuring the quality and security of the products within a designated area, and the completion of required scanning and documentation. You are also required to help other Fliway people in their jobs, when directed by Management or Supervisor.

• Able to manage your workload and meet deadlines.
• Organised in processing your documentation and keeping your paperwork in order.
• Good team player, with initiative and ability to perform quality work in a safe manner.
